Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi may address the public in Garhwal or Kumaon in September. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi may also visit Uttarakhand once again. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu is also scheduled to visit Uttarakhand.
