Famous Bihari teacher Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir, is embroiled in controversy these days. The incident stems from clashes, vandalism, and firing between rival coaching institutes, which has exacerbated Khan Sir’s troubles.
On the night of June 2, 2026, some individuals vandalized Khan Sir’s institute (Khan Global Studies) in the Kadamkuan area of Patna and attacked a security guard. Khan Sir alleged that Gyan Bindu Coaching Center and its director, Roshan Anand, were behind the incident. During the clash, Khan Sir’s security guards fired shots in the air. Following their arrest, they stated to the police that they had fired at Khan Sir’s behest. Based on this, the police have filed a case against Khan Sir for attempted murder and under the Arms Act. Both of his bodyguards have also been arrested. To avoid arrest amid the police raid, Khan Sir went to the Patna Civil Court, and his team of lawyers filed an anticipatory bail application.
The political circles of Bihar have also intensified in the wake of this entire controversy. The government has taken this violent clash between the coaching mafia very seriously and has said that it will soon bring a new policy for the regulation of coaching institutes.
